Ingredients

butter
softened

sugar

salt

large eggs

frozen corn
1 3/4
cups
whole milk
Instructions
Blend the butter, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl.
Add the eggs and beat well.
Spoon into a buttered baking dish, souffle dish works well.
Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 45-60 mins.
The pudding is done when the top is golden brown and puffy and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
