Ingredients
  • 3Tbsp buttersoftened
  • 2Tbsp sugar
  • 2Tbsp flour
  • 1tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2cups frozen corn
  • 1 3/4cups whole milk
Instructions
  1. Blend the butter, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs and beat well.
  3. Spoon into a buttered baking dish, souffle dish works well.
  4. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 45-60 mins.
  5. The pudding is done when the top is golden brown and puffy and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
