Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter softened
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 3/4 cups whole milk

Instructions
- Blend the butter, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add the eggs and beat well.
- Spoon into a buttered baking dish, souffle dish works well.
- Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 45-60 mins.
- The pudding is done when the top is golden brown and puffy and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
