Ingredients

cups
soft breadcrumbs (2 slices of white bread)
1
6 1/2-7oz can
water packed tuna
drained, flaked
1
tsp
lemon juice
1/2
tsp
paprika
3/4
cup
milk
3
egg yolks
beaten
3
egg whites
beaten
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 1 – 1 1/2 quart baking dish and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, lemon juice, paprika and tuna.
In a small saucepan heat the milk until very warm and pour the warm milk over the bread-tuna mixture. Stir in the egg yolks.
In a clean bowl beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.
Fold the beaten egg whites into the remaining mixture.
Set baking dish into a large pan and add hot water to a 1 inch depth.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mins or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
