Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs (2 slices of white bread)
  • 1 6 1/2-7oz can water packed tuna drained, flaked
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 egg yolks beaten
  • 3 egg whites beaten

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 1 - 1 1/2 quart baking dish and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, lemon juice, paprika and tuna.
  4. In a small saucepan heat the milk until very warm and pour the warm milk over the bread-tuna mixture. Stir in the egg yolks.
  5. In a clean bowl beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.
  6. Fold the beaten egg whites into the remaining mixture.
  7. Set baking dish into a large pan and add hot water to a 1 inch depth.
  8. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mins or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
