Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs (2 slices of white bread)
- 1 6 1/2-7oz can water packed tuna drained, flaked
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 egg yolks beaten
- 3 egg whites beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 1 - 1 1/2 quart baking dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, lemon juice, paprika and tuna.
- In a small saucepan heat the milk until very warm and pour the warm milk over the bread-tuna mixture. Stir in the egg yolks.
- In a clean bowl beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.
- Fold the beaten egg whites into the remaining mixture.
- Set baking dish into a large pan and add hot water to a 1 inch depth.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mins or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
