Topping Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter chips
- 2/3 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups rice cereal
- 2 cups salted peanuts

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all of the bar ingredients except the marshmallows in large mixing bowl; mix until crumbly. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of 13x9 2-inch baking pan
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle 3 cups mini-marshmallows over the surface
- Return to oven just until the marshmallows begin to puff (1-2 min)
- Remove from the oven; cool while preparing the topping
Topping
- In a large saucepan, stir together the first 4 topping ingredients, cook over low heat stirring constantly, until the chips are melted and mixture is smooth
- Remove from the heat; stir in the rice cereal and peanuts
- Immediately spread the mixture over the marshmallows
- Cover and refrigerate until firm (2 hrs) Cut into bars and enjoy!
