Ingredients
  • 3cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 56 pepperoni slices
  • 1block Colby cheese
  • 1 eggbeaten
  • Parmesan cheesegrated
  • Italian seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • 1jar pizza sauce-heated to dip the pizza balls
Instructions
  1. Cut the block of cheese into 28 squares.
  2. Flatten the biscuit and then stack 3 slices pepperoni and a piece of cheese on top.
  3. Gather up the edges of the biscuit and press together to make a ball.
  4. Line the rolls up in a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  5. Brush with a beaten egg.
  6. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and heat dipping sauce for pizza rolls if desired. Enjoy!
