Who knew you could make pizza even more fun?
Ingredients
- 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
- 56 pepperoni slices
- 1 block Colby cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- Parmesan cheese grated
- Italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- 1 jar pizza sauce-heated to dip the pizza balls
Servings: balls
Instructions
- Cut the block of cheese into 28 squares.
- Flatten the biscuit and then stack 3 slices pepperoni and a piece of cheese on top.
- Gather up the edges of the biscuit and press together to make a ball.
- Line the rolls up in a greased 9x13 inch pan.
- Brush with a beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
- Serve warm and heat dipping sauce for pizza rolls if desired. Enjoy!
