Ingredients

cooked and drained, undercooked slightly

Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and minced garlic until the meat is browned. Drain the fat from the pan. Then add the pepper and stir to mix.
In a small bowl, stir together the spaghetti sauce, water, ketchup & thyme.
Add the spaghetti sauce to the beef. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat, simmer for 20-30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, cream cheese and the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Place half the cooked noodles in a 3-quart baking dish, rectangular preferably.
Spread half the meat mixture over the noodles.
Then spread 2/3 of the cheese mixture over the meat sauce layer.
Spread the remaining noodles over the cheese layer.
Completely cover the top layer of noodles with the remaining meat sauce.
Then spread the remaining cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated 325 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until the casserole heated throughout.
