“Ham It Up” Quiche

Ingredients
Filling
  • 1cup half-n-half
  • 1cup Cheddar cheeseshredded
  • 1cup Swiss cheeseshredded
  • 1cup Black Forest Ham
  • 3 eggs
Crust
  • 5 hash brown pattiesthawed
  • 2 tbsp buttermelted
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter and thaw the hash brown patties
  2. Stir the patties with the butter mix
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Press hash brown mixture into a buttered glass pie tin
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 mins until golden brown
  6. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack
  7. Mix all the filling ingredients together
  8. Pour the mixture over the baked crust
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 mins until barely cooked in the center
