Ingredients
Filling
- 1 cup half-n-half
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1 cup Black Forest Ham
- 3 eggs
Crust
- 5 hash brown patties thawed
- 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
- Melt the butter and thaw the hash brown patties
- Stir the patties with the butter mix
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Press hash brown mixture into a buttered glass pie tin
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 mins until golden brown
- Remove from oven and place on a wire rack
- Mix all the filling ingredients together
- Pour the mixture over the baked crust
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 mins until barely cooked in the center
