Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups Roma tomatoes diced
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves diced
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 baguette

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 5 mins at room temperature.
- Slice the baguette into 1/4 inch slices and brush with olive oil.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven until crispy.
- Place toasted baguettes onto a platter and serve with bruschetta. Enjoy!
