Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate (or pineapple juice) thawed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- rice cooked

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Brown chicken on both sides about 3 mins a side.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine onion soup mix, orange juice and 2/3 cup water
- Mix well and pour over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes
- Place cooked chicken over cooked rice and pour sauce over all
